• 2 storage areas: packaging (292 m² with a ceiling height of 6 metres) and cardboard (402 m² with a ceiling height of 6.5 metres)

The agri-food building is equipped with 12 bottle-feeding stations in the northern part of the site (the total power consumption for refrigeration is 120 kW).

The agri-food building is fully fenced and secured. Fitted with roller gates at each entrance, it has a CCTV system.

The storage areas in the deep-freeze section are fitted with modern equipment enabling automated rack storage.

The site’s layout does not allow for any extension, and there is no rainwater retention basin
