The Ruitz Industrial Estate, situated on the outskirts of Bruay-la-Buissière to the west of the coalfield, has been awarded the “turnkey” label by the Ministry of Industry in recognition of its dynamism and appeal. It is home to more than 85 industrial and industrial support companies, spread over an area of more than 266 hectares, representing more than 3,200 jobs.

The Ruitz industrial estate is strategically located, given its proximity to the region’s major road networks. To the north lies the A26 motorway, to the south the “mining ring road”, and to the west the RD86 runs through the area.
