The Savoie Technolac business park is situated north of Chambéry, in the municipality of Bourget-du-Lac, in the Savoie department, within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (France’s second-largest region in terms of GDP (10 per cent of national GDP) and the leading region in terms of energy production).

A former air base now home to the Chambéry university campus, a ‘Village by CA’, INES and local development agencies. There is a 17-hectare extension of buildable land available, with a cold-water loop in place.

Dedicated to eco-industry and renewable energy, the business park offers new plots of industrial land ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 m².

Opposite Technolac is an airport with flights to the United Kingdom, and the site is served by a departmental road providing access to the A41 motorway, which is just a few kilometres away.

Industrial plots for sale in the business park

The new 23-hectare extension to the Savoie Technolac business park offers new plots of industrial land for sale.

Plots ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 m² are available for businesses wishing to innovate and develop solutions in the energy sector.

As part of the BEEAU’LAC project, a chilled water loop will be established, utilising water at a stable annual temperature at a depth of 40 metres to supply ZAC 3 of the technology park, the Granges eco-hamlet and Bourget-du-Lac with a cooling or heating network (following heat exchange) for commercial premises and housing.
