Ecoparc Dijon Bourgogne

The Parc d’Activités de l’Est Dijonnais, also known as “Ecoparc Dijon Bourgogne” thanks to its ISO 14001 certification and EMAS label, is a new business park in the Greater Dijon area.

Situated directly at the eastern entrance to the Dijon conurbation and linked to major motorway infrastructure (the Dijon ring road, the A31 and the A38), it lies alongside the A31, in the municipalities of Saint Apollinaire and Quetigny.

The Dijon Bourgogne Ecopark is situated 10 minutes from the Cité de Affaires (Convention Centre) and 20 minutes from Dijon railway station.

Ecoparc Dijon Bourgogne: mixed-use development

The Ecoparc Dijon is a prime location for businesses in the healthcare, ‘green growth’ and agri-food sectors, but is also capable of accommodating a mix of activities compatible with the ‘eco’ focus of this business park.

The Ecoparc’s primary aim is to accommodate all types of businesses, whether craft-based, service-sector or industrial.

The masterplan has therefore been designed to organise this mix of business types in a coherent and sector-based manner. It can accommodate requirements ranging from 3,000 m² to several dozen hectares.

The masterplan is based on the concept of the interplay between nature and the city. This concept is reflected in a green network comprising three generously planted ecological corridors and an urban-style road network.

This great attention to public spaces helps to enhance the image of the businesses, which thus find an environment conducive to their development.

To support this development, the Ecoparc intends to organise a range of services designed to make life easier for businesses and their employees, enabling them to focus on their primary objective: production.
