Composite Park Technology Park – Saint Avold

Situated close to Germany and Luxembourg, Composite Park lies at the junction of two major motorway routes – the north-south (A31-E25) and east-west (A4-E50) – in the commune of Porcelette, between Carling and Saint-Avold.

The available land covers 25 hectares. The area benefits from a land reserve of 45 hectares.

The buildings and facilities at Composite Park are being developed in line with an ‘HQE’ environmental approach to preserve the site’s natural environment.

A programme to construct temporary buildings is planned, totalling 1,000 m² (850 m² of workshops and 150 m² of offices).

The site is situated within an enclosed and secure area, conducive to the development of high-tech activities.
