1. Purpose
When you use the services of Geolink Expansion (the “Services”) and the website available at https://invest-hub.org/ (the “Website”), Geolink Expansion, whose details are set out in section 2 below, may collect personal data relating to users (“Personal Data”).
This policy (the “Policy”) explains how Geolink Expansion uses that Personal Data, in compliance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended), Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”), together the “Applicable Regulations”. The Policy may be updated at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or technical changes; users are invited to refer to the latest version in force.
2. Data controller
The controller of the Personal Data is Geolink Expansion, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered under SIREN 528 451 586, whose registered office is located at 1280 Avenue des Platanes, Future Building 2, 34970 Lattes, France. For any question regarding the protection of your data, please contact us as indicated in section 11.
3. Purposes of processing
Geolink Expansion processes your Personal Data, in compliance with the Applicable Regulations, for the following purposes:
- to respond to your contact and project requests and manage the resulting relationship;
- to keep you informed, unless you object, of news, events and activities related to Geolink Expansion’s business;
- to offer you services related to Geolink Expansion’s activities;
- to measure and improve the operation of the Website through cookies (see our Cookie policy).
4. Data collected
When data is collected, you are told whether certain fields are mandatory or optional. Geolink Expansion may collect:
- your name, first name and email address when you contact us or submit a project brief, so that a Geolink Expansion representative can get in touch with you;
- any other information you voluntarily provide in the “message” field of the contact form or your investment brief;
- the browsing data described in our Cookie policy.
5. Recipients of the data
The Personal Data is strictly confidential. Geolink Expansion undertakes to take all appropriate organisational and technical measures to preserve its security, integrity and confidentiality. Access is limited, within the scope of their duties, to authorised Geolink Expansion staff, its processors acting on its instructions (in particular for hosting, message delivery and the attribution of enquiries to their source, see our Cookie policy for details), and, where required by law, public authorities and bodies.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Geolink Expansion undertakes not to transfer Personal Data outside the European Union without implementing the appropriate safeguards provided for by the Applicable Regulations.
7. Retention period
Personal Data is not kept longer than strictly necessary for the purposes pursued. In particular:
- data relating to the handling of contact and project requests is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact with you;
- data collected for information purposes (news) is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact;
- data relating to the handling of your rights requests is kept for a maximum of 5 years from the closure of the request.
Some data may be archived beyond these periods where necessary to comply with legal obligations (in particular accounting or tax) or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the Applicable Regulations, you have the following rights over your Personal Data:
- a right of access: to obtain confirmation that your Personal Data is being processed and to receive a copy of it;
- a right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- a right to erasure of your data, under the conditions set out in the Applicable Regulations;
- a right to object to the processing of your data;
- a right to restriction of processing;
- a right to data portability;
- the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on it. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- the right to give instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
You may exercise these rights, on proof of identity, by writing to the address given in section 11 “Contact”.
Where you exercise your right to object, Geolink Expansion will cease the processing, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where applicable, Geolink Expansion will inform the User of the reasons why the rights exercised cannot be satisfied in whole or in part.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
9. Security
Geolink Expansion implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data, ensuring a level of security suited to the risks. The Website may contain links to external sites for whose data practices Geolink Expansion cannot be held responsible.

The Website uses cookies under the conditions described in our Cookie policy, which you can review and whose settings you can change at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
