Omois Business Park – Château-Thierry

Developed by the Château-Thierry Regional Urban Community (CARCT) since 1995 and situated in the municipalities of Epaux-Bézu and Bézu-Saint-Germain, in the immediate vicinity of junction 20 on the A4 motorway, The Omois Business Park is now home to 12 companies, providing around 1,300 jobs. It is characterised by a predominance of logistics-related activity.

The Omois Business Park comprises two sectors. One, situated at the entrance to the park, is designed to accommodate SMEs, small and medium-sized industrial enterprises and craft businesses on plots ranging from 5,000 m² to 1 ha, whilst the other, larger sector is intended for businesses – primarily in the logistics sector – on plots ranging from 5 to 25 ha.
