Covering a built area of 22,000 m² on a 5.3-hectare site, the facility was conceived by ELCIMAÏ using its unique EID® (Sustainable Industrial Envelope) concept. Adapting to different uses through the digital twin

To meet the needs of the new industrial landscape, the project is coupled with a digital twin created using BIM; the EID® is designed to adapt to the uses of its occupants (for example, switching from aerospace production to the manufacture of cosmetics). Thanks to its flexible and modular structure, the factory can therefore accommodate a wide variety of manufacturing processes. This Industry 4.0 factory, which incorporates Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure technology modules, enables the optimisation of energy consumption, the integration of green energy into building management, the improvement of technical management of the building and processes, and the implementation of predictive maintenance for sensitive equipment.
