A site dedicated to the establishment of economic activities and innovation centred around a ‘living lab’: a unique space for practice, testing and experimentation.
Thanks to the site’s extensive facilities, this ‘living lab’ serves as a platform for innovation through use, enabling the on-site application of laboratory research:

• 12 classrooms
• 1 lecture theatre with 200 seats
• 2 sports halls, 2 dance studios
• 1 weight training room
• 1 climbing hall & 1 17-metre outdoor climbing wall
• 1 judo and movement studio
• 1 wellness area (sauna, massage, etc.)
• 1 fitness trail
• 1 athletics track
• 1 football pitch
• 1 archery range

In 2017: A multi-sports hall specially adapted for badminton to host the French national team and other national sporting events (basketball, etc.)
