The EcoPark de Douai is situated in the commune of Sin-le-Noble, less than 5 minutes from Douai, in the north of France in the Hauts-de-France region.

Directly linked to the southern ring road (opposite the Luc area), the EcoPark de Douai covers 27 hectares and is home to small and medium-sized service and craft businesses.
