This zone is situated in the municipality of Labège in the Haute-Garonne department, in the Occitanie region. Within the SICOVAL area, the ENOVA ZAC is located less than 15 kilometres from the city of Toulouse.

The aim of this business park is to blend urban landscape with biodiversity, natural energy efficiency with smart city infrastructure, new forms of sustainable transport with a restructured road network, living spaces offering a variety of activities alongside workplaces, large corporations alongside start-ups, and researchers alongside students.

The ZAC will comprise five distinct zones:

• A retail zone with restaurants and service facilities
• The digital village, designed to foster collaborative work between start-ups, SMEs, large corporations, research laboratories and students

• A mixed-use zone with housing, offices, amenities and shops
• An agricultural campus to form a link between ENOVA and the village of Labège
