A new logistics park near Marseille Provence Airport

The Parc des Aiguilles is a new 62-hectare logistics park situated in Ensuès-la-Redonne, near Marseille Provence Airport in Marignane. Nearly 40 hectares of commercial real estate are available for small and medium-sized logistics and courier businesses. The zone is equipped with a railway siding and a rooftop solar power plant. 

Warehouses and land for sale in the area

Logistics buildings with a gross floor area of 170,000 m² are under construction on the site and will be available to let or buy. These will be divisible into units ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 m² and will be ISO 14001-certified, as is the site itself.
