The Manosque Les Grandes Terres Technology Park is ideally situated at junction 18 of the A51 (Manosque), in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
It is 15 km from ITER, 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and less than an hour from Marseille.
This new development hosts high-value-added businesses, as well as research, development and experimental organisations specialising in environmental protection and renewable energy, alongside businesses linked to the flavours and fragrances sector and the craft industry. 
L’Occitane already has a building on the site. In addition to this good accessibility, Manobus line 4 serves the area (a bus every 30 minutes) and coaches operated by the General Council and the Regional Council stop at the car-sharing car park.

Renewable energy in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence

All the energy produced in the region comes from renewable sources (solar, hydro, wood energy/biomass).

• The SMART Alpes-de-Haute-Provence project: a study of issues specific to rural areas in the field of smart grids, capable of incorporating user behaviour. Applications could emerge in areas such as energy storage, tourism, mobility or telemedicine.
• The Sainte Tulle Eco-Campus: a training centre dedicated to various energy-related topics.
• The Cité de l’Énergie – Cadarache: a platform dedicated to innovation in the field of alternative energies. Its aim is to bring together research and industry to become a key hub for the development of new energy sources (solar, Mediterranean housing and biofuels).
