Bollène Logistics Zone – Vaucluse

Spanning 70 hectares, the Pan Europarc ZAC is dedicated to logistics activities. Situated at the junction of the A7 and A9 motorways, its proximity to the Port of Bollène and the rail network gives it a unique multimodal character in Vaucluse. 260,000 m² of warehouses will be built in several phases. The Bollène logistics zone is situated near the Port of Bollène and lies at the heart of the largest motorway junction between France, Spain and Italy (A7/A9).

The Bollène logistics park, near Orange, benefits from direct access to the A7 motorway junction and is 10 minutes from the Orange junction (A7/A9).

A logistics park meeting the latest standards

Warehouses ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 m² are available.

The estate provides for the construction of medium-sized warehouses, ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 m², up to a larger complex of 100,000 m². The logistics centres hold authorisation to operate as a Classified Installation for Environmental Protection (ICPE), suitable for the storage of fast-moving consumer goods subject to declaration or authorisation.

Phases two and three of construction are already underway, with the planned construction of two logistics centres measuring 50,000 and 100,000 m² respectively. These spaces are currently being marketed.
