The USIN project is dedicated to welcoming companies keen to see their industrial processes develop in innovative ways.

A strategic location

On the outskirts of Lyon, the USIN project is based in Vénissieux Parilly, between the A7 and A43 motorways leading to Lyon. The area therefore benefits from all the appeal of the city of Lyon and its economic dynamism. It also benefits from its proximity to the Perrache and Part-Dieu TGV stations, as well as Saint-Exupéry Airport. The Parilly district is served by the Lyon metro.

The USIN project

The USIN project comprises 62,000 m² of industrial property organised around a central tenant, BOSCH. Currently, 30,000 m² are already in place, with the remainder of the project due to be developed in stages until 2026. 

One of USIN’s objectives is to foster a sense of community by introducing shared facilities: catering, meeting rooms, co-working offices, etc.

Ultimately, there will be between 800 and 1,000 jobs spread across 20 to 25 industrial companies based in the area.
