The Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Recovery is launching a call for proposals aimed at identifying “turnkey industrial sites” suitable for the establishment of new industrial activities within reliable and controlled timeframes.

A turnkey industrial site is:

• A site suitable for the establishment of industrial or logistics activities, with a minimum area of 1 hectare
• Vacant and developed land immediately available for sale or lease
• The necessary procedures and preliminary studies to enable a factory to be set up within reliable and controlled timeframes
• An attractive local environment (accessibility, infrastructure, business ecosystem)
• Vacant or developed brownfield sites intended to be redeveloped as sites for economic activities
