A multidisciplinary innovation space

Within the Technology Park of Andalusia is the Railway Technology Centre, which is conceived as a multidisciplinary innovation space specialised in surveillance technology and the management of national and international ADIF (Administrator of Railway Infrastructure) projects. So far, 21 businesses employ permanent staff and more than 81 researchers that, with ADIF personnel, totals more than 100 people dedicated to rail research, development, and innovation.

 

A European reference for testing smart cars connected to the future

Set up within the Andalusia Technology Park, the testing circuit in Malaga constitutes a European reference for testing smart cars connected to the future (5G). A success linked particularly to the agreement signed by the Spanish company Telefónica and the German company Dekra (with a presence in Malaga’s technology hub via its AT-4 branch).
