The Gabriélat Business Park, covering 103 hectares, is situated in the leading economic region south of Toulouse.

The site is divided into three distinct areas, each dedicated to a specific type of business activity. These are the industrial park, the office park and, finally, the craft and small-scale industry park. The Business Park also benefits from a range of facilities designed to encourage businesses to set up there. In particular, it has a combined and independent sewerage system, as well as facilities for sorting paper, glass, cardboard, wood and metals. The site is also equipped with fibre-optic broadband, electricity and gas.

A range of shared services is available to businesses, including a mail processing and distribution centre and waste collection. Cycle paths are available, and the zone has a 26-hectare railway siding, enabling door-to-door transport of goods by train.

Toulouse Matabiau TGV station and Toulouse-Blagnac Airport are both within a 45-minute drive, whilst Carcassonne TGV station can be reached in one hour. Finally, this location means the area is close to Andorra and Spain, facilitating international travel where required.
