Forbach Sud Technology Park

Situated in the Urban Free Zone, the Forbach Sud Technology Park is located in the rural area of the municipalities of Behren, Folkling and Oeting, overlooking Forbach, 3 km south of Forbach, with direct access to the A32-E50 Metz–Saarbrücken motorway, and less than 15 km from the German border.

The site is bordered to the north by a vocational secondary school.

Companies setting up in an Urban Free Zone (ZFU) benefit from social security and tax exemptions for five years (social security contributions, corporation tax, CET, and property tax on built property).

In return, companies undertake to recruit at least one-third of their staff from the population living in the sensitive urban area.
