The public incubator shares its premises with the ITAV (Institute of Advanced Technologies in Life Sciences), a research centre funded by the University of Toulouse III and the CNRS. 
The park covers an area of 5,000 m² and currently hosts around a hundred people on site. Here are some of the companies already based there: Genoskin, Divia Expertise, Imactiv-3D, iki, Innopsys, ederna…

Location of the incubator
Toulouse ranks among the top 10 European urban areas in terms of economic growth. The incubator is situated in this city, in the northernmost part of Toulouse-Oncopole.
The incubator is situated just 7 km from the city centre and is close to the A620 and A64 motorways. The international airport is 15 km away and Toulouse railway station is 11 km away.

Offices and laboratory facilities
There are 8 laboratories (L1 & L2), each measuring 140 m², as well as 3 high-tech facilities: one for nanotechnologies, one for automated synthesis and one for live two-photon imaging (SPIM). The space is shared by 7 scientific teams.

Shared facilities and equipment at the Centre Pierre Potier:

• Machine room housing freezers, including a shared -80°C freezer.
• Warm room (37°).
• Robot for laboratory decontamination.
• Reception area, meeting room (30 people) with video projection.

• Cleaning of communal areas (cleaning of private premises to be paid for by the company).
• Group subscription to scientific journals (Gazette des Labos, Biofutur, etc.).
