In order to limit global warming to less than 2°C by 2100 compared to pre-industrial levels, the French government has chosen renewable hydrogen. To contribute to the decarbonisation of the economy, France will invest 7 billion euros in this sector between now and 2030. The market is already changing: the price of electrolysers and renewable energy is falling, and renewable hydrogen is becoming increasingly competitive.
