Launched in January 2023, CaféOlé! Clubcoworking quickly became the essential meeting point for remote workers, freelancers, and students in Madrid. This success owes much to its innovative approach and the personality of its founder, Romain Le Boulaire, who decided to leave behind the Parisian gloom and his accounting job post-COVID to become a young entrepreneur.

In search of the perfect place to make his project a reality, the young entrepreneur quickly chose the Madrid region. Beyond its attractiveness, interactivity, and economic dynamism, the area lacked a coworking concept like his, which offers - at a controlled rate - access to all services provided by the coworking space on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Besides workstations with high-speed Wi-Fi, scanners, printers, meeting rooms, CaféOlé! also offers orange juice, croissants, fruits, candies... and, of course, unlimited coffee for all occupants, whether they rent for a few hours, a day, a week, or several months!

Located in the heart of the Madrid district of Chamberi, the entrepreneur has a bright space with large bay windows and is full of ideas to retain his customers and attract new users. Afterworks, tastings, and networking contribute to the vitality of the space, which continues to adapt to meet the needs of its users and offer new synergies. Now open on Saturdays, CaféOlé! hired its first employee last June, aiming to strengthen the existing team to offer new services.

Undoubtedly, choosing Madrid to establish his first coworking space was a wise decision for Romain, who now plans to open new coworking spaces in Spain and hopes to continue the success story started in the Madrid region.
