On the outskirts of Lyon, the USIN project is in Vénissieux Parilly between the A7 and A43 motorways leading to Lyon. The area therefore benefits from proximity to Lyon and its thriving economy. The site also benefits from proximity to Perrache and Part-Dieu high-speed train stations, as well as to Saint-Exupéry airport. The Parilly district is also reachable by the Lyon metro.
The USIN project
The USIN project comprises 62,000 sqm of industrial real estate organised around a major player BOSCH. 30,000 sqm have been completed and the rest of the project will take shape gradually up until 2026.
One of the aims of USIN is to develop a sense of conviviality by providing shared services such as restaurants, meeting rooms and coworking offices.
Eventually, there will be 800 to 1000 jobs in the area spread across 20 to 25 industrial companies.
