The park’s priority is eco-companies, particularly those in the domains of energy production, circular economy, and eco-construction. The zone is ideal to kickstart your company’s development/expansion and to set up partnerships with academics and research institutions.
The Eco-Pole benefits from the dynamic of the Engineering Sciences Hub, with the Paris-Est Crétail University (UPEC) campus and ICAM, a Graduate Engineering school, within the area. Collaborative projects between businesses and higher education are underway, notably addressing subjects on industrial ecology, the city itself, and sustainable mobility. The zone is also in a privileged partnership with the Advancity competitiveness centre.

Eco-Pole is the first Incubator/Business Centre area within the Île-de-France region that is dedicated to entrepreneurs and young businesses.
Run by the Agglomération Grand Sud Paris (an intercommunal village in the south of Paris), this area under the Green-Pole property programme has on offer new office space and workshops, fitting for the development/international expansion of entrepreneurs and young businesses.

The eco-incubator houses the permanent staff of the eco-activities club. Companies thus have the access to services set up free of charge for club members.
The incubator has a welcome lobby, 2 meeting rooms (12-person capacity), a conference room (70-person capacity), a cafeteria, and services point (photocopier, fax machine….).
The building is secure (door-code, tele-surveillance, digital access code during closing hours), has a lift, and parking spaces.
The eco-incubator also benefits from Sénart Eco-Pole's optimal location.
