The Aiguilles Park is a new 62-hectare logistics zone located in Ensuès-la-Redonne, close to the Marseille Provence Airport in Marignane, southern France. About 40 hectares of property is being offered to small and medium businesses in the logistics/delivery sector. The zone benefits from a railway and a roof-top photovoltaic power system.
For sale: warehouses and land in the zone
170,000m2 of logistical buildings are being constructed in the zone, designed to be rented or bought. They will be divisible between 2,000 and 6,000m2 and certified ISO 14001, as with the rest of the area.
