The Pierre Potier Centre is located in the northernmost part of Toulouse-Oncopole, in Occitania, and has laboratories and offices available to rent. In this dynamic ecosystem, the Pierre Potier Centre (owned by the City of Toulouse) has 3 technological hubs (imaging, bionanotechnology, chemistry) which are open to researchers and entrepreneurs with the aim of promoting an environment of cross-fertilisation of innovation and R&D. The site houses more than 100 individuals (researchers and entrepreneurs).

Offices and laboratories within the Pierre Poitier incubator
The public incubator shares its premises with the ITAV (Institute of Advanced Technologies in Life Sciences), a research centre funded by Toulouse III University and the CNRS. The park has a site that spans 5,000m², and currently employs around one hundred people. Several companies have already been set up there, such as Genoskin, Divia Expertise, Imactiv-3D, iki, Innopsys, and ederna.
You will find shared spaces and close ties between the companies located there.

Location of the incubator
Toulouse is one of the top 10 urban areas in Europe, and has good economic growth. The incubator is located in the northernmost part of Toulouse-Oncopole.
The incubator is only 7km from the city centre and is close to the A620 and the A64. The international airport is 15km away and Toulouse train station is 11km away.

Description of the offices and the laboratories
There are 8 laboratories (L1 & L2) measuring 140m² each, as well as 3 High-Tech facilities. There is one for nanotechnology, one for automated synthesis and one for live biophotonics imaging/SPIM. The space is shared with 7 scientific teams.
