"Le Hub 4.0" is a zone dedicated to digital technology and training located 30 minutes south of Rouen, in the commune of Louviers (27) in Normandy.

By 2019, the zone will offer a business incubator, a 50 m² canteen, a campus dedicated to Industry 4.0 training, a conference hall and crèches.

A 1,500 m² coworking space is already in operation on the zone to accommodate companies in the sector.
