Rural revitalisation zones in Vaucluse
Rural revitalisation zones (ZRR in French) are geographical areas in which companies who set up there can claim financial benefits. The aim of ZRRs is to foster economic drive and employment in rural areas in difficulty.
Subject to meeting certain conditions, in particular linked to the number of employees and the nature of the company’s activities, your company can temporarily benefit from:
- An exemption from income tax or corporation tax on profits made
- An exemption from the territorial economic contribution (CET): business property contribution (CFE) and business value added contribution (CVAE)
- An exemption from property tax on built-up areas and from housing tax
- An exemption from social contributions as an employer
