Business grant : Revitalisation fundThe revitalisation agreement, following a PSE (Employment protection plan) responds to a mechanism provided for in the 2005 social cohesion law. Any group with more than 1,000 employees that carries out a PSE (Employment protection plan) has an obligation to revitalise following the loss of the jobs concerned.
The beneficiary companies are primarily SMEs with fewer than 250 employees. Only permanent jobs on permanent contracts or fixed-term contracts of more than 6 months are concerned, and the triggering threshold is set at the creation of 3 jobs.
The DIRRECTE services monitor the companies that have applied for these funds during the term of the agreement to ensure that the jobs are actually created. Subsidies are only released once the jobs concerned have actually been created.
