The Syndicat Intercommunal pour l'aménagement et le développement des Coteaux et de la Vallée de l'Hers (SICOVAL) is a community of agglomerations located in the department of Haute-Garonne, in the Occitanie region. A communication axis between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, SICOVAL currently groups together 36 communes in the Lauragais region located in the south-east of Toulouse.
